Q. Why do you not include prices on the website?

A. We do not display pricing because we have so many designs & sizes that can be modified to suit customer wishes. However our Piñatas start at AUD$35.00

Q. Does the Pînata come filled?

A. No piñata should come ready filled. There is a trap door built into the piñata ready for you to drop in your choice of goodies. We strongly advise, no metal, glass or sharp objects to be used as a filler.

Q. What do I use to hit the Piñata with?

A. We recommend using a broom handle or a piece of dowel. Do not use anything flat like a cricket or baseball bat as they will only dent the Piñata.

Q. Is it hard to play the game?

A. No. It is extremely simple. We supply basic instructions with every Piñata. See history of Pinatas for how to play the game

Q. How safe is it to play the game.

A. The piñata is safe to play providing that the following guidelines are followed. The piñata has it’s own string attached and therefore should be attached to something solid, such as a tree, or pergola beam, a rotary close hoist (not fold away or wall mounted). Do not directly hold the piñata, Do not attach piñata to a hand held pole, Do not attached piñata to dangerous fittings such as a light fittings etc. It is strongly advised that all minors are always supervised by a responsible adult.

Q. Can you send the piñata interstate and overseas?

A. Yes we send our piñatas all over the world. We have found it to be extremely economical to use Australia Registered Post, we are restricted to a maximum size (1m x 35mm x 35mm). Unless you have your own preferred couriers, then size is not an issue, however we do recommend that you obtain a quote from your couriers first as it may not be cost effective.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can simply fill out the contact page and one of staff will contact you to confirm the order, or you can ring us direct on 61-7-3200 1140

Q. How do I pay?

A. if you are picking up the Piñata from one of our designated pickup points, you simply pay for the piñata on pick up. * IF CORPORATE SEE DETAIL BELOW. If you are interstate or overseas, you will need to organise a money order prior to the piñata being constructed. We recommend using Australia Post Money Order or transfer money via Western Union.

For Corporate Clients a money order, or direct deposit accompanied by a signed work order is required before piñata is constructed.

Please be advised that we do not accept credit cards.

Q. How long does it take to get the piñata?

A. Each piñata is custom made which means we need seven days to create and dispatch to one of our designated pickup points. If you are interstate or overseas, delivery will be dependant on your location. We will advise on estimated delivery times. We recommend that you allow plenty of time for your order to avoid any disappointment due to any unforseen delivery problems.

Q. do you do effigies etc?

A. We have a strict policy, that negates us creating any effigies relating to Religion, Political / Public / Famous figures or any sensitive genre.
